Apple Cupcakes
Ingredients:
3 eggs
175 g sugar
125 g butter
300 g flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
125 ml milk
grated lemon rind
+ 2 apples
3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line the muffin tin with paper cups.
Beat the eggs with sugar until thick and pale.
Add grated lemon rind. Mix the flour and baking powder. Stir them into the batter together with melted butter. Add milk and blend well.
Fill the paper cups to 2/3 with batter.
Peel and cut apples in wedges, dip them in sugar mixed with cinnamon.
Stick a wedge into each cup.
Bake for about 15 minutes.
Cupcakes alle mele
Ingredienti:
* 3 uova
* 175 g zucchero
* 125 g burro
* 300 g farina
* 2 cucchiaini di lievito per i dolci
* 125 ml latte
* scorza grattugiata di un limone
+ * 2 mele
* 3 cucchiai zucchero
* 2 cucchiaini di cannella
Riscaldate il forno a 200°C. Foderate uno stampo per i muffin con dei pirottini di carta.
Sbattete a lungo le uova con lo zucchero, finché il composto diventi chiaro e denso.
Aggiungete la scorza di limone, farina settaciata con il lievito, il burro sciolto, e il latte. Mischiate bene tutto.
Riempite i pirottini fino a 2/3 di altezza.
Sbucciate le mele e tagliatele a spicchi. Mescolate lo zucchero con la cannella, e ricoprite i spicchi di mela. Inserite uno spicchio in ogni cupcake e cuocete per circa 15 minuti. Fate il solito test con lo stuzzicadenti.
Sono davvero ottimi, morbidi i soffici, non mi stanco mai di mangiarli.
Cupcakes s jabukama
Sastojci:
* 3 jaja
* 175 g šećera
* 125 g maslaca
* 300 g brašna
* 2 žličice praška za pecivo
* 125 ml mlijeka
* naribana korica jednog limuna
+ * 2 jabuke
* 3 žlice šećera
* 2 žličice cimeta
Zagrijte pećnicu na 200°C. Obložite kalup za muffine papirnim čašicama.
Izmutite jaja sa šećerom, dok smjesa ne postane svijetla i gusta.
Dodajte limunovu koricu, brašno prosijano s praškom za pecivo, otopljeni maslac i mlijeko. Dobro izmiješajte, pa napunite papirne čašice do 2/3 visine.
Jabuke ogulite i narežite na kriške. Svaku krišku umočite u šećer pomiješan s cimetom.
Stavite jednu krišku jabuke u svaki kolačić i pećite oko 15 minuta.
Ako ne volite cimet, pomiješajte šećer s vanilijom.

ReplyDeletePokušaj svakako. Meni je ovaj recept drag jer je tijesto tako nježno i mekano,uz dodatak jabuka umočenih u cimet dobije se krasan kontrast. Ali ne sumnjam da su i sa začinima u tijestu odlični.
